FROGMORE CREEK 2005
PINOT NOIR
Ripe fruit, clean acidity, robust alcohol and silky
tannins combine to make this a wine of considerable complexity and
elegance. It has very clear Pinot character with spice and cedary
complexity from maturation in French oak barrels, and is elegant,
soft and very easy to drink.

CHARDONNAY
This wine has a rich mix of fig, melon and white peach
flavours, which are further enhanced by French oak and barrel
fermentation flavours. A backbone of lively acid supports the rich
fruit and a complexity derived from barrel ferment and lees
stirring. It has a lovely texture and mouthfeel.
Food: Chicken, smoked quail,
roast pork or rich seafood dishes
